The general learning platform is not intended to receive protected health information (PHI). Do not submit patient names, contact details, record numbers, images, or other identifying clinical information. Educational examples must be de-identified before upload. A healthcare workflow requires separate written authorization and configuration; this policy does not represent the general platform as a certified or contracted HIPAA workflow.
